Harveys Outdoor Arena Rules

Harveys Outdoor Arena takes pride in having been one of the country’s premiere outdoor venues since 1944. Its open air seating combined with the beauty of Lake Tahoe act as a natural background for some of the best acts in the world, including major festivals and summer concerts.

In order to keep the venue in prime condition and events running as smoothly as possible, please read the following guidelines prior to attending.

Your section is printed on your ticket stub. Please pay close attention throughout the event to ensure you are in the correct section. Security guards will be around to make sure everyone is where they should be.

Outside food and beverages are always prohibited. Guests are allowed one sealed water bottle on admittance. Concession and beverage tents are situated around the venue with easy access to all seats. There will also be vendors walking around, serving food and beer. Credit and debit cards are accepted at the tents, however vendors remain cash only.

Children 2 years of age and older require a ticket. Certain events require a ticket for all ages. Please check event prior to attending. Strollers are not permitted in the venue.

The following items are strictly prohibited in the concert venue: outside food, coolers, alcohol, illegal substances, professional cameras with detachable lenses, backpacks, over-sized bags, metal framed bleacher and beach chairs, poles, sticks, drones, laser pointers, weapons of any kind, projectiles, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks, metal and glass containers, and beverage containers larger than 17oz.

Smoking is allowed, but please be aware of guests around you. Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.
