Lake Tahoe Amphitheatre at Caesars Republic
Train is celebrating that Drops of Jupiter is turning 25 years old, and they're doing so in a massive way. They're hitting up a ton of US cities, including Lake Tahoe. This train concert on August 25th is going to be a part of the limited run of summer events at the Lake Tahoe Amphitheatre.
The night promises to offer plenty of romance from the word go when Matt Nathanson takes the stage. His most popular song is Come On Get Higher. This is not a stoner anthem; it's a love story that fits the vibe that you get from seeing Matt Nathanson with a guitar up on stage.
Fan favorite, the Bare Naked Ladies, bring more of the upbeat vibe, particularly with the Big Bang Theory theme song. That's a song that gets everyone in a good mood. They're an act that's always welcomed at these shows that are a bit like mini music festivals.

If we're looking back now, Train and Matt Nathanson are like the soft rock of the late '90s and into the 2000s. With guys, sometimes they turned into the guilty pleasure songs that you'd play when you were truly head over heels for someone, and you wanted to let the love flow through you. We bet you didn't think you'd get a chance to hear it played live again. Life had other plans, and we're thankful for that.
This concert can be a great reason to head to Tahoe in the summer. You get to enjoy not only the music, but the different activities in the area that you may not even know existed, because you only come out here during ski season. A performance like this could be best enjoyed from the pit area or pretty much anywhere where you can be standing up, hugging your partner tight, and just enjoying everything that's going on.
